Theirs was a stunning Modern Filipiana affair by the bay. The entourage bouquets by Vatel Manila, and the event styling by Dave Sandoval were both to die for, and Jason Magbanua‘s work on video was sublime, as always. OPM songs played during the reception, and I couldn’t help but groove along, which proved to be rather challenging in terms of editing the on-site slideshow as I could not stop lip-synching. Hahaha.
Jeff and I ran into one of our earliest couples at this wedding, Cholo and Rose. Rose and I have managed to keep tabs with each other online, and I felt a flood of emotions seeing her again. They’ll be 5 years married soon, but I remember their wedding like it was yesterday. Jeff and I have been really lucky with clients, and continue to be, thankfully. We say in our Firestarter Workshop to put what you love out there, so what you love will find you, and it has been that exactly all these years.
Buko and Kitchie, thanks for having us! We love how you are each other’s encouragers, and how you crack each other up so easily. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you on your engagement shoot and wedding, and getting to soak in all that joy. Your warmth and kindness during a time when I needed it most will always be remembered, and you will always have a special place in our hearts. Can’t imagine being anywhere else that day. Much love!
