Jeff and I had the honor of shooting the Dream Themes for the January-June 2011 Modern Romance issue of Wedding Essentials magazine. It was our first time shooting editorial and we had so much fun with it. Many thanks to Marbee, Kitten, Vida, and the rest of the amazing WE team for the experience, especially their lovely art director Crae who was very patient with my efforts in meeting their deadlines during the madness that was last year’s wedding season. Hee.
Since we’ve neglected the blog for quite a bit, we’ve missed sharing a lot of wonderful things including this, so we continue in our attempts to catch up now. Here are some photos from two of the four Dream Themes we shot for that issue. Hopefully, some brides who missed it could still get some reception styling ideas here. I’ve been reading this magazine since they started, back when Jeff and I were still planning our own wedding, so I was especially thrilled to be working with them on this. There’s more inspiration to be found in every issue, and I’m happy to say Wedding Essentials is going quarterly in 2012.
