Jeff and I woke up early for this wedding seeing the sun streaming through our windows for the first time in almost three weeks. It was a sight for sore eyes and I remember thinking it was going to be a beautiful day. It was. Family and friends from all over the world came out to celebrate Patrick and Joey’s union despite the ominous weather forecasts we’ve all been hearing days before. These two are incredibly, incredibly loved. The skies held out till we were all safely inside the reception venue. It couldn’t have been more perfect.
Seeing the AVP of their childhood photos was touching, heartwarming. They went to the prom together. You could almost say they grew up together. How many people can say they were fortunate enough to have met the one great love of their lives at the age of fifteen?
Pat and Joey, when Ben Folds wrote The Luckiest, he must’ve had you in mind. What you have is something that doesn’t come along very often. And Joey, you made such a devastatingly beautiful bride! You guys look amazing together and if you weren’t needed at the reception, I’d have taken pictures of you two at the golf course well into the night. Haha. We’re excited about your life ahead as a married couple! It’s only going to get better and better from here.
These photos are too much. You guys exceeded our expectations. I am soooooooo happy. Hindi ba halata na i was soooo nervous that day in the church? Hahaha, im glad it didnt show in the photos.
